On Tuesday the 24th I started a five week fitness challenge with my class we had to do push ups, burpees and wall sit. I did three push ups four burpees and I did 37 seconds on the wall sit. But i'm going to achieve my goal my goal is doing nine push ups eight burpees and one minute and forty seconds.
