Traveling

If I had gotten the opportunity to travel anywhere I should take off to the  United Arab emirates to visit the world's tallest structure Burj Khalifa and bungee jump off of it, after I would go to the dubai desert and try sand surfing for the first time.

If I were asked to give a tour of New zealand to someone who has never been to New zealand I would take him/her to three famous spots in new zealand. The main spot I would to him/her to would be Fiordland National Park and Milford Sound in the south island for touring, the second spot I would take him/her would be in queenstown kiwi birdlife park to see all the various types of flying creatures lastly the last spot I would take him/her is to the sky tower to bungee jump off of and look at the what we can eat in Auckland city.

 I have drawn a symbol about my identity and who I am. I have written about what I have chosen to draw in my symbol art. 

 

Holidays

 I would like to go to Canada and celebrate Canada day. The first thing I would do is try one of the popular Canadian food poutines is fries, cheese and gravy. I would probably go to a park, have a picnic with my friends and family.

If I could make my own public holiday would be called “Fish and Chips day” . On Fish and Chip day there are gonna be stands and those stands have free fish and chips. Kids and adults still go to school or jobs.

Film Festival

 My school went to the 2020 Film Festival and we saw all the other schools film my favorite film was the film called the Gruffalo it was a film about the gruffalo teaching a kid how to be nice to others and not be messy.

Week in review part 3

My class did some paper snowflakes and it went pretty good everyone’s snowflake looked so good but mine didn’t look like a snowflake but at least I tried making one. 

We did origami I tried to make an origami t-rex I tried so hard to make the origami t-rex but it didn't really happen but my friend made a origami crane. 

we cooked some yummy crepes, a crepe is a very thin pancake the ingredients are: 1 cup all-purpose full, 2 large eggs, half a cup of milk, half a cup of water, one quarter teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons better melted.

equipment you need is 1 large mixing bowl, 1 spatula, 1 whisker, 1 frying pan, 1 measuring cup and plates or bowls for serving. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. add in the milk and the water, stirring to combine. add salt and melted butter mix until smooth. heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. poor or scoop the batter onto the frying pan, use one quarter cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface of the pan evenly. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. you can even put nutella or peanut butter for a better tasting crepe.

 What will the future me do

When I finished college I always thought of getting a job or traveling around the world but since I need money to travel around the world I got a job first.

 I always thought of getting an office job just because I was gonna sit there all day and just do my job. but I wanted to be active while doing my job because just sitting there is gonna be boring.

 So I think the best job for me is a moving job since I can move big boxes and heavy stuff for people and stay active as well. 

But I should really go to university so I can go to better jobs and have a higher chance of getting into those better jobs and get all that MONEY. 

When I get a good paying job I’ll get a house with a dog named Talu and maybe get to travel around the world like I always wanted to. I can try and be a part of my family’s fundraiser and watch movies or make lava’s or make those flower hats.

The future me would probably be doing some volunteer work just to experience what it’s like to have a job. But I have some high hopes for me in the future, I can feel that the future me can be successful. I will try my best to do the best for me, my friends and my family for the best life in the future. 

 

Week in review

My schools new bike track finally opened last week and everybody in school can ride their bikes now, some students got chosen to race with Steward Campbell is an Olympic champion who has won multiple medals. Some of Stewards friends went on their bikes and did some wheelies on the bike track which were very cool to watch.

My school has been practicing cross country for the king and queen of the mountain. We have been laps around the bike track until it is lunch time.

Tread lightly caravan arrived at my school to teach us how to save look after our earth. There were 5 stations, the 1 station was about which electronic device took up the most electricity, the 2nd station was about phones and that phones has deadly chemicals that could kill the environment, the 3rd station was about which piece of rubbish belonged in which rubbish bin, the 4th station was about compost and the 5th station was a survey.

This is what me and my class did last week it was fun and I liked it.

Captain underpants

There are two boys named George Beard and Harold Hutchins, these two have the most craziest imagination. they spend hours in a treehouse creating their own comic books. When their mean principal Mr.Krupp threatens to separate them into different classes, the two boys accidentally hypnotize Mr.Krupp thinking that that hes the incredibly superhero named Captain Underpants. there are multiple books of Captain Underpants adventures and my favorite book is all of them.

QUARANTINE LOCKDOWN

It is week 2 of quarantine. My family is OK, so am I. I feel like we will stay home longer than four weeks because a lot of people are getting COVID-19 very fast. 

My family is buying things that we need, every morning my family has a meeting about updates on COVID-19, the weather, who's doing what, and we also do exercise and every time we do exercises, one of us has to tell us what kind of exercise we are doing.

I am liking online school because I get to stay home, with my family, and I don’t have to walk to school and back anymore.

In the house me and my mum would bake cookies or brownies, and also I paint when I'm bored.

My mum made fried chicken and my sister also made onion rings.

The one thing that makes me sad, is that I don’t get to see my friends, not going to the beach or trying to have a good time and not going to kfc because they are closed.
So sad.

I hope everyone is ok, washing their hands with soap for 20 seconds and wearing a mask if you're going outside in the community

Goal 2020

This year I want to improve my time table, my division, my spelling, my grammar and handwriting. I hope I have improved in all these subjects when this year ends, when I get my mid year and my end year report card I hope i can see that I have moved up a stage and have improved. My goals are to answer mostly all time table questions and division ones as well, have better grammar and spelling, I will write a four page story every week and I could do 15 minutes of maths on prototec every 2 days.
